Coaching where you see someone's whole financial picture without ever holding their bank or credit card statements. A free checkup anyone can run, a one-page Snapshot they download, and a Zoom call with Todd where they share their screen.
Most people don't avoid their money because they're bad with it. They avoid it because looking feels scary. So the statements stay unopened, the balance stays a guess, and the problem quietly grows.
Understanding your money is the single best thing you can do for it. The moment you see the whole picture, the fear turns into a plan. That's what the Checkup is for: three minutes to stop hiding and start fixing.
For most people, the real spending happens on credit cards, not checking. So the Checkup takes all of it: the last three months from each account, as the spreadsheet file every bank and card lets you download.
Paychecks in, bills and transfers out. Shows what's left each month.
Where most of the everyday spending lives. Add as many cards as they have.
Savings, a second bank, a store card, Venmo or PayPal. Optional, but it fills in the picture.
Paying the card from checking shows up in both files. The Checkup matches those up, so a $1,200 grocery month isn't counted twice.
Step-by-step for Chase, Capital One, Amex, Discover and our partner credit unions. Usually it's one button: "Download transactions."
An upload sends files over the internet to someone's server. The Checkup just opens them inside the page, like opening a photo in an editing app. The math runs on their own computer, and the page is locked so it can't send anything out.
The person does the prep work. Todd shows up to a call where the numbers are already on the screen.
About 3 minutes. Ranges and taps, no exact numbers needed.
Checking plus every credit card, last 3 months. Shows where the money really goes.
Their numbers, traffic lights, top 3 moves and quick tips they can use today.
They share their screen. He coaches from the Snapshot. Nothing gets stored.
Sections skip what doesn't apply. No car means no car loan questions. The statements show what they spend. The questions fill in everything else.
Mockups with sample numbers.

The Snapshot PDF
Every Snapshot ends with 3 small things they can do today, picked from their answers. A win in the first five minutes keeps them looking.
Red lights come with "here's the fix," never a lecture. The goal is to make looking feel good.
Each checkup compares to the last one. Seeing a light go from red to yellow is the best reason to keep going.
Progress is kept only in their browser so they can finish later. "Start over" wipes it.
On a partner's version, the moves point to that credit union's products. "Refinance your car loan at Kemba." Real ROI for them, and the member's data still never leaves their device.
"Run your checkup again" shows what changed. A reason for a follow-up session, and a reason for the newsletter to bring people back.
Anyone can run it. It grows the newsletter list and joins the interactive tools.
A Zoom session built on their Snapshot, plus a 90-day follow-up. Coaches typically charge $100 to $300 a session.
A credit union covers coaching for its members as a benefit. Members get help, the credit union gets loans and deposits.
Because nothing gets stored, the heavy data-security rules mostly don't apply. Three habits keep it that way.
A recording of someone sharing their screen is their financial data, sitting on our side. Coach live, don't hit record.
Ask people to share their Snapshot on Zoom instead of emailing it. If one shows up in Todd's inbox anyway, he deletes it after the call.
No Google Analytics, embeds or chat widgets on that page. Our own tracking counts "started" and "finished," never a number. That's what makes "never leaves your device" true.
